Dear Mr. Scetta,
I recently had the misfortune of being in a car accident involving my leased Yaris. Fortunately I was not injured and the other driver charged, but it couldn’t have happened at a worse time given the demands of my law practice and aging parents.
I delivered my car to the body shop on Ontario at which time Robin Edmondson immediately took charge. She organized a rental through Enterprise, made me feel valued and my car cared for, and was the ultimate in professionalism and kindness. I was leaving for New York in a few days and never expected that my car would be ready before my departure. I know that because of Robin’s efforts, my car was ready and had I not made alternate arrangements to the airport, would have been SO grateful for the speed at which she made the repairs “happen”. I was actually still grateful just knowing my car was repaired and available upon my return.
Robin is bright, capable and compassionate. Although I am a personal injury lawyer, I had NO idea how disruptive and upsetting an accident can be. She relieved me of much of the worry associated with the whole experience.
I thought you should know that Robin is a huge asset to your organization. As an employer I know how rare it is to find support who not only excel in the position, but deliver with poise and grace. Robin is one of those people and I hope you will recognize her for the amazing work she did helping me (and I’m sure all of her clients) navigate a difficult situation.
Best regards,
